We believe that well-maintained tools pave the way to project success. That’s why we emphasize Total Process Reliability (TPR), a program that highlights the importance our team places on the careful maintenance of our tools and machinery.
This month, we are excited to recognize our next TPR Star, Wayne Trotter. As a roller operator on Duke Watt’s team, Wayne is known for his outstanding embodiment of our TPR program’s values!
TPR coordinator Shannon Minga had great things to say about Wayne’s dedication to success. He shared, “Wayne has always been an operator who takes care of his equipment. He understands how his roller works and recognizes the importance of ensuring the tool is in the best shape to get the job done. When something isn’t just right with his roller, he reports it so it can be repaired.”

“It was tough to pick just one individual to spotlight this month. Duke’s team had some of the best numbers we’ve seen when it comes to documenting their pre-shift equipment inspections,” remarked Colton Collins, continuous improvement program manager.
He continued, “We are excited to highlight Wayne as TPR Star because he is consistently dedicated to inspecting his roller and keeping it well-maintained. We appreciate the commitment of Wayne and the entire Watt Crew to the mission of TPR.”
Foreman Duke Watt closed by adding, “Wayne exemplifies all the core values we have, and I don’t say that about many people. He is a great co-worker and we are happy to have him on our team.” Wayne, we thank you for your talent, passion for your tools, and leadership in TPR!
