Lehman-Roberts, A Granite Company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph “Bo” Williamson to Foreman. In his new role, Bo will oversee operations within our plant locations, where his leadership, experience, and team-first mindset will continue to make a positive impact.
Over the past 16 years, Bo has built a reputation as someone his teammates and leaders can count on to take ownership, follow through, and step in wherever needed. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in his work have made him a trusted part of our asphalt plants division.
Throughout his career, Bo has embraced new responsibilities and challenged himself to grow. He has taken the initiative to learn more about the operation from start to finish while stepping into opportunities to lead and support those around him. Bo is also a past Blueprint for Excellence honoree, recognized for his commitment to safety, willingness to take on new challenges, and consistent support of his team. The recognition honors teammates who go above and beyond while bringing our core values to life through their actions.
As Superintendent Blake Kimbrough noted, “Bo has consistently shown the work ethic, dependability, and leadership qualities we look for in a foreman. He takes ownership, leads by example, and isn’t afraid to step in and do whatever it takes to get the job done. His promotion to Plant Foreman is well deserved, and we’re confident he’ll continue to make a positive impact on our team.”
