Lehman-Roberts, A Granite Company, is thrilled to announce that three of its asphalt facilities—Plants 5, 7, and 10—received the 2025 National Asphalt Pavement Association’s (NAPA) Diamond Achievement Commendation for Excellence in Asphalt Plant and Site Operations.
“Earning this recognition at three facilities is no small feat, and it underscores the standard of stewardship that we hold ourselves to, not just within our own operations, but as a benchmark for the broader industry,” shared Don Fletcher, VP of Manufacturing & Quality Control.

This nationally recognized program highlights outstanding operational practices in the asphalt industry while promoting strong community relationships. Established in 1999, the Diamond Achievement Commendation is based on a comprehensive self-assessment that evaluates five key areas: site appearance, operational performance, environmental stewardship, safety practices, and community engagement.
Receiving this honor reflects a company-wide commitment to excellence and continuous improvement across all aspects of plant operations. As noted by NAPA leadership, the commendation not only elevates the reputation of individual facilities but also reinforces the industry’s dedication to quality and community-focused values.
