As we’re blessed to service the road and aggregate needs of the Mid-South, we are also blessed with temperate weather that grants us a longer stretch of time to perform these jobs each year. The man-hours add up, and that makes safety even more of a crucial factor for our team.
Yet, our team has a reason to celebrate as we kick off the 2022 season. The Tennessee Road Builders Association awarded both Lehman-Roberts and sister-company Memphis Stone & Gravel with certificates of safety recognition for the 2021 year.
Lehman-Roberts Plant 5 and Memphis Stone & Gravel North Plant were awarded for working last year without a single lost time injury. In addition, our paving crews operating in Tennessee were recognized for their contribution to safety while working 200,000+ hours.
At the end of the day, it’s going to take the efforts of us all to reach our fullest potential. We thank the team for this added stride in our journey to safety excellence.
