Lehman-Roberts, A Granite Company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Webb to Assistant Superintendent within our Asphalt Plants Division.
Adam’s journey reflects years of dedication to our operations, our people, and the pursuit of quality. Since joining the company in 2017, he has steadily advanced through a variety of roles, including Groundman, Plant Operator, Leadman, Plant Foreman, and most recently, Plant Foreman. Along the way, he developed a strong understanding of plant operations, built meaningful relationships across the division, and earned a reputation for leading by example.
As a second-generation employee, Adam followed in the footsteps of his father, Bobby Webb, a retired and longtime Lehman-Roberts plant leader. Over the years, he has combined that family legacy with his own commitment to learning, growing, and helping others succeed. Those who have worked alongside Adam know the steady presence he brings to every challenge. Whether managing production, maintaining quality standards, supporting team members, or mentoring newer employees, he has consistently demonstrated the leadership qualities needed to help our operations succeed.
His promotion is the result of years spent building both technical expertise and trust. Adam understands the day-to-day realities of asphalt plant operations and the importance of balancing safety, production, quality, maintenance, and people leadership.
Blake Kimbrough, Superintendent, shared, “Adam has the leadership, knowledge, and work ethic to help Lehman-Roberts succeed. He understands our plant operations, works well with our teams, and is ready to take on more responsibility. We are excited for his future in this role.”
Don Fletcher, Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality Control, added, “Adam adds a calming personality and generations of experience to our asphalt plant management team. We are excited he can continue to share these qualities and mentor our team members.”
