Lehman-Roberts and sister company Memphis Stone & Gravel, a leader in the highway paving, construction, asphalt and aggregate industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Colton Collins as Continuous Improvement Program Manager within the family of companies.

In this role, Collins will analyze current business practices pertaining to construction and manufacturing, identify areas of improvement, and develop a change management strategy. His immediate focus will be Total Process Reliability (TPR), an all-encompassing approach which aims to optimize business processes regarding equipment maintenance and more. In addition, Collins will be tasked with software implementation, followed by other focus areas in the future.
Before his appointment, Collins served as an intern with the family of companies. During his internship, he spent several months developing an understanding of several divisions including asset management, safety, and project management.
