Ronnie’s career exemplifies consistency, hard work, and a profound understanding of the trade. He has spent the last 15 years as a Leadman, consistently demonstrating his ability to lead by example. By stepping in to lead and support his team day in and day out, he has built a reputation for showing up, putting in the effort, and taking pride in doing the job to the best of his ability.
Ronnie’s exceptional reputation has not gone unnoticed. “Twenty-six years of paving experience doesn’t come along every day, and we are honored to have Ronnie stepping into this leadership role,” said Jeremy Ramberg, Vice President. “Ronnie has earned the respect of his peers the old-fashioned way—by showing up, doing the work, and mastering his craft. Ronnie’s extensive knowledge and leadership presence have made a lasting impact across the organization. As a champion of the company’s safety culture, Ronnie is consistently recognized for his keen eye and for submitting to the Good Catch/Near Miss program.

He consistently strives to do a good job and actively looks for ways that we can continue to improve, which makes him an excellent fit for this new role.”
