John’s journey with the company is a true example of growth through hard work and determination. Over the past five years, he has built his career from the ground up. John began his journey with the company as a Loader Operator at Asphalt Plant 11 in Oxford, MS, later moving into the control room as a Plant Operator and eventually becoming a Leadman. Through each role, one theme remained evident: John showed a willingness to learn, take ownership, and go above and beyond to support his team and overall operations.
John has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a clear understanding of plant operations, earning the respect of both his peers and leadership. His ability to step into challenges, support those around him, and keep operations moving safely and efficiently made this next step a natural progression. Those who work alongside John have consistently recognized his impact.
