Since joining the team, Bobby has distinguished himself through a tireless commitment to operational excellence and a “lead-by-example” philosophy that resonates across our plant sites and those of sister company Memphis Stone & Gravel, A Granite Company.
Bringing a wealth of diverse industry experience to the role, Bobby’s journey to Superintendent is marked by high standards and a forward-thinking approach to maintenance. His background in specialized environments, ranging from mining to international production facilities, has provided him with a unique perspective on the grit and precision required to keep a manufacturing operation of our scale running smoothly.

In his new capacity, Bobby will oversee the critical systems and maintenance teams that serve as the backbone of our production. His peers and direct reports alike recognize that his leadership is rooted in the core values that define the Lehman-Roberts family.
