3-For-30: Arnold Carson

Our greatest asset is our people. We believe the path to true success begins with hiring qualified men and women who will thrive in our culture. We have cultivated an environment that strives to attract and maintain loyal team members, some of whom have been with our team for 30 years or longer. In our “3-for-30” series, we gain better insight into those who have contributed so significantly to our team.

This month, we hear from Arnold Carson, a long-time member of our Plant 7 team. He currently serves as a loader operator but is known for performing a variety of tasks around the plant. Superintendent Howard Green expressed his admiration for Arnold’s work ethic. He stated, “Arnold has done everything from ground support to running the plant and operating the loader. He always has a smile on his face, is kind, and is truly an all-around good person and good team member.” He went on to share, “Arnold represents humility and stewardship – they truly reflect who he is as a person.”

Superintendent Blake Kimbrough added, “Arnold is the definition of loyal. He’s never afraid to step in and lend a hand on the plant when he’s not operating the loader. He’s one of the guys that you can count on day in and day out. We’re lucky to have him on our team.”
