TPR Stars Christopher Harris & Jonathan Cobb

At Lehman-Roberts, our total process reliability (TPR) standards enable our crews to operate safely on a daily basis. This includes ensuring that workers are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the job and training employees on proper equipment maintenance. We recently recognized two employees who exhibit exceptional TPR standards and go above and beyond to serve as a great example for our company.

Christopher Harris, Southern Ops Paving

By Jim Whitten

Though Christopher Harris is one of our newer employees, he contributes daily to making a good crew great. He watches the details and is always willing to learn new tasks, so he can contribute even more for the crew.

“Since we began working again this spring, Christopher has done an outstanding job making sure all of our equipment has grease and fuel for the day. He also goes beyond his duties by helping everyone on the job and never having a gripe. That’s why I want to nominate Christopher for outstanding employee.” – Levester “Duke” Watt, Paving Foreman

Jonathan Cobb, Plant 11

By Dennis Knight

Jonathan follows the TPR standards in everything he does around the plant. He tries to do everything right the first time, so it does not have to be done a second time. He makes sure everyone has their PPE and is wearing it appropriately, whether they work at the plant, are picking up material, or just visiting.

Jonathan also helps to ensure everyone at the plant has any tool needed to keep things running smoothly. Not only can he perform any task around the plant, but also he is committed to doing it to the best of his ability. He is a great asset. His hard work and dedication make it easier to get through the long work days.
