“Greg has always been very dependable and very sharp,” said Riles. He has worked on a paving crew for years but moving him to a run a grading crew meant he had to learn and adapt. He has such an innate ability to think things through that he adapted very well.”
Since joining Lehman-Roberts in 2006, Pike has worked at three of the company’s asphalt production plants, where he has played an integral role in some of the largest jobs in company history.
“Ricky has been one of the most versatile employees I’ve ever worked with,” said Green. “He learned a lot by moving around, and he’s always looking for new ideas.”
Shaw has been with Lehman-Roberts since 2002, and has held multiple positions at the company’s asphalt plants throughout the years, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
“Leroy’s willingness to go the extra mile has only strengthened his reputation among his peers internally, as well as the company’s reputation with our customers and neighbors,” said John Paul Finerson, VP of Northern Operations.
Pike will oversee Plant 10 in Byhalia, Mississippi, while Shaw will lead Plant 6 in Hernando, Mississippi. As Asphalt Plant Foremen, they will manage all aspects of the plants, ensuring product quality and the safety of all employees.
