1. Why do you enjoy working here? How do the company’s core values impact your day-to-day responsibilities? I like what I do, and I like being around the men I work with. Every day has different challenges, but I just try to always do the right thing. That’s what our core values are about – just doing the right thing.
2. How have you seen the company change for the better during your tenure? List specific changes in operations, projects, growth, etc. The equipment we work with now is a lot better. The company makes sure we have the best equipment, and they train us on maintaining it, too. Our management is much more efficient, they just get better and better every year.
3. You’ve been with the company for a long time…what about the company culture made it the right fit for you? It’s a good company to work for and they hire good people. I’ve even retired twice, but I missed the men I worked with, so I came back both times. I just really like the men I’m around every day.
