1. Why do you enjoy working here? How do the company’s core values impact your day-to-day responsibilities?
The company gave me a chance to work. I try to do my job to the best of my ability and they see that. I work with really good people. We all get along well and anybody would do anything to help. We have great teamwork.
2. How have you seen the company change for the better during your tenure? List specific changes in operations, projects, growth, etc.
We have much better equipment and our work environment is much safer. We have been given proper tools with work with. Everybody is held accountable for their own actions now and held to the same standards.
3. You’ve been with the company for a long time…what about the company culture made it the right fit for you?
It’s the people I work with; they’re all good people. We’re pretty spread out across the company, but they make sure we get to see each other at one time or another through the year, whether it’s our annual training or the picnic or another time. The company cares how you feel and your input means something. We’re run by God-fearing men and they treat you right.
